Thanks JoJo. I was told by a friend that they were going to do this before April 1 which is the B.C. halibut opener. This will save me a road trip.

One potential pitfall to be wary, from experience, is that if you pay with a Visa credit card you percentage rate on cash exchange will be in the thirty percentile. However if you got to a Canadian bank and swap some American green backs they will give you 49% (last weekend) to buy that Canadian license! I suppose though that everyone on this board is loaded with $$$ and doesn't strive for the best rate like me?
