Just got mine in the mail for the first time. This catalog looks like it was designed for Northwest fishing. It has freakin' everything you could possibly need for salmon, trout, or steelhead.

Mine's on the way. I'm going to need a foot locker as a tackle box pretty soon....Need to get out there and break some of this gear off to make more room.

I'm awaiting mine ... I know there's a picture of Hawk in there with a big Kasilof king he caught with us last summer.

Leave it to Hawk to be the only human being that knows every Cabela's 800 number by heart!

Will be at Cabela's 1st. week in april, Dundee Mi., at Bass Pro Orlando Fla. last week in april.

Great places to shop and talk fishing and hunting. Last year at Cabela's sales reps were genuinely interested in salmon and steelhead fishing in the northwest,could have something to do with the amount of money we spend there.

Great service,good sales people, something that seems to be in short supply today.

I don't know about the catalog being developed for the northwest fishermen. The boat on the cover is from Traverse City, Michigan.

I get every one of their catalogs, makes for GREAT toilet reading!!

Just called mine in first thing this morning. For guys that are ordering, just ask for the Salmon, Trout and Steelhead catalog. I asked customer service for the STS catalog and she had no clue, intill I told her what it was for.

Thx Easy for posting. I would have never known it was available. I looked on Cabela's web sight to order last night and they didn't have it posted in there catalog section.

Cabela's does have great cust. service. I've had problems with an order on more than one occasion. Twice I had missing hardware,from products shipped right from manufacture. Both times Cabela's reimbursed me for the cost of the nuts and bolts. Another time I ordered decoy paint from them. When it got there it had been opened,and had started to dry. They sent out a brand new paint set,no questions asked,didn't even want me to send the old paint back. Kudos to Cabela's.

Got mine the other day.......pretty good selection and prices for general need items. It's good the mid-west sales reps.are interested in us out here in the NW. My next wish is a cabelas store in WA or at least the west coast.

I can't for the life of me figure out why cabelas or bass pro doesn't deem the northwest worthy of an outlet store........What do they think we do up here? A 1.2 billion per year sport fishing industry!!!!

Well now that you mention it... I heard on another NW fishing board that Cabelas was doing a study about the feasability / profitability of opening a store along I-5 around Chehalis / Centralia. Anybody else hear anything about htis or is it just wishful thinking??

I have not heard that rumor. That would be cool if Cabelas put a store in WA. I don't think it needs to be located near the populus. There are enough fishing stores near the populus already. The Chehalis/Centralia area is a good spot.
