Todd, You're older than me by two years. Thank goodness I'm not 33 yet! Cheers to you buddy, Darin

One thing for sure; the older you get, the smarter you are! And you don't have to go to college, or be a graduate to learn that lesson in life! You're still just a puppy at 33! Happy Birthday Todd Cowlitzfisherman

Nice birthday present you got there on Saturday with The Kid! Happy Birthday! Too bad I was busy building a deck for a friend. Oh well, maybe we can get out on the river during the middle of this week.

Well, well... Lunchtime, huh? When was the last time we fished...maybe five years ago? Whattayabeen up to? Still getting use of that same tin boat? If so, I haven't seen you up there lately. Shoot me an e-mail at c_n_r_nates@hotmail.com . Yeah, Parker, did KS show the pics of my (almost) 20# birthday gift, courtesy of the Ranch? I'll post a pic soon, when I have a chance. Gary, the Kid's pretty good on the sticks, but that doesn't mean I want to put all my eggs in one basket and rely on someone else to row me into a fish! Actually, besides being a good way to stay warm, I like to row. It took awhile for Kid to tire out, but once he did and got out of the way, I got myself an invite to row his boat any time I want. Sparkey, Bob, Darin, and Bob, thanks for the thoughts...I'll see you guys later. Fish on... Todd.

Funny Todd. He told me that fish was 25+. Glad to see at least one of you is honest. Nice fish, though. Loved the lower jaw on that AlmostToad.

Totally Funny, Parker sent me the pic and said here is a pic of a 25 pounder, I said no way, I have caught many over 20 and that fish looks to be 18 to 20 lbs by the girth at the tail and the size of your hands on it. So Me and Parker went back and fourth on it for several hours, I made my points he made his. In the end it looks as if someone told Parker a little Fib so I was right all along. Somebody might be getting some hate Mail from Mr. Parker Anyways glad to hear somebody is finally catching some fish up that way. Peace Superfly

Ok, guys...the fish was probably between 19 and 20, at least by my approximation. Parker, go ahead and post the pic...go ahead and post all four of them, if you have them. Not only will they show the proper way to take a picture of a native fish (in the water, out just for a second or two, don't forget to take your sunglasses off, and smile), they will also show a fish that is likely bigger than anything the folks razzing Kid have caught this spring Coincidence? I'll leave it to you to decide Oh, yeah, additional info when the pics get posted...I'm only 5'4" tall and weigh about 127, and that's with my waders on. That would make the fish about 13#!!! Just kidding, I'm actually 6'3" and weigh about 200 pounds (those are accurate), if that helps. I have pretty big hands, and that was one thick wrist on that fish's tail. Fish tail, or fish tale? Fish on... Todd.
