Reminds me of fishing when I was in Vietnam. OK I was never in Vietnam but that is what it would have reminded me of if I had fished there.

I can't speak for the modern MRE's, but I know that the noodles in the c-rations back in the day had the same consistiency as a top of the line pink worm. Too bad he didn't have an amphibious vehicle to drift in. That would have been icing on the cake.
