I am thinkig about buying a home on the Sol Duc with the plan of renting it by the weekend or the week to fisherman.Of course,I'd be using it myself too.

I would like to get your take on whether you would ever consider renting a house on the river as opposed to a motel.

I am thinking a weekend rate of about $200 and $500 for a week. 3 bedrooms so could probably sleep 4 comfotably. Cheaper than a motel and you're on the river.

I would be more than happy to put on a little outfit and serve if that's what it'll take.

I guess everyone would be on their honor to leave the place clean. I don't want to have to go over every Sun. nite and clean up.
