At the risk of beating a dead horse, when the regs say: daily limit - 2, no more than 1 chinook, the WDFW told you that you could keep 2 chinook? confused

If this is true, then this changes EVERYTHING in my little fish world.

Steve, way to go man. Glad you did well. Buddy and I will be there this Sunday, F-Day. Plan on being out in the water very early. Hope to see you out there. I need to try my new Depth Finder, Eagle 320DF. Now I can really controll my speed versus always looking at my RPM's to determan my speed. Got skunked last Saturday, but was mainly scouting my fishing holes north of Pt. D. See ya out on the water.

Yo Erndog, I may not be out this weekend, especially Sunday. The tide swing is going to be huge, lots of current to fight and no ebb. For me that usually means just putting around burning gas all morning. But then again, I may not have anything better to do, and always love being on the water. If I go, I'll give you a hollar!

I will definately be out there next weekend! beer

Touche Erndog, Lings right around the corner. Saw a nice one reeled in last weekend just under the bridge on the south side. We just lost a few more jigs on the wreckage!

Third time is the charm. Third trip out for the season I hooked a 14#er on my first troll past the clay banks at the tide change last night.

Got it with a flasher and a herring in a hood. Last summer, mostly August, was really the first time I started having success in the sound. The herring combo has accounted for about 90% of my fish. Since it was the first set up I caught anything on it is the one I use 90% of the time. I have also caught a few on coyotes but none on hoochies, although I have fished with them the least. I plan on trying more hardware since it is less of a hassle.
