Last Saturday, me and my cousin drifted from Mission down. Below Toledo a ways we neared a right handed bend. As we approached we heard what sounded like metal scraping on gravel. We quickly forgot the noise, but a few minutes later i saw a man drive off in a Honda 4-wheeler towing a trailer. As we rounded the bend we noticed some debris floating down. Upon closer inspection we saw that it was a dishwasher, scrap metal siding(floating under the surface) and numerous pieces of wood. Not knowing where we were and not having my cell phone or gps(the last time i leave the truck without) i couldnt accurately say where we were to authorities. But nontheless we were steamed, its a&^holes like this that screw it up for all us. So looking back i was not prepared for such an event and likely they couldnt link the dumping without positive i.d on my part, cause i missed seeing the dumping by mere minutes. Thought id post this for anyone who fishes the area can keep an eye out for this piece of sh!t. Im sure it not the first or last. BTW he appeared to be an older man about 70s.

About one half mile to a mile, it was a sharp right hander, the dumping was on the left side on a gravel bar.
