No Kings, only BM's for me. Pretty SLOW overall. Got a report of a 22#er on Thursday night, but mostly a lot of skunks.

UM, I'd recommend Sekiu for Kings until the reports pick up.... wink

UM,

Did ya do any Laker fishing? I am going to give that shot next year... kinda pumped about it.

Haven't heard much of anything from my cronies.. Lots of BM still being caught with an ocassional King. Kings traditionally start showing in numbers mid to late next week.

DR,
didn't take any of the boats with us, just a relaxing weekend to do stuff with the wives and kids. did talk to a few fisherman and sounds as thouugh the laker fishing is doing pretty well. A 22lber was caught a couple weeks ago and most fish are averaging 6-8lbs fffrom what I hear. Used to do a lot of Laker fishing back in Grand Traverse Bay back home but haven't chased any out here. My dad even sent me some of his favorite Laker Spoons but I have yet to get them wet. Maybe next year.

Hope you guys are doing well out there!

Doing well? I was getting ready to suck a few VBs or XXXX (4 X) down on my B-day, but weather is preventing us from arriving. Looks like this port is out the window!

10-month cruise and no boomerrangs!

I was in E. WA too UM.

I did see a lady catch a 7# (I weighed it for her) rainbow at Blue Lake. That was pretty exciting.

Buddy of mine hit a 21 1/2 BM over at Beal. Main objective were Dungies and we took home our limits. Came across another boat as I was waiting at the nightmare of launch REDONDO, when are they going to improve this thing mad , to trailer, he told me that him and his buddy laned each a 15 pounder over at the Slag Pile. He said they hit them at O-dark thirty and it was dead after that.
Thinking of hitting the Elliot opener this weekend. Anyone doing the same? If so I'm looking at Sunday. If I see ya I'll give ya a troll wave laugh .
