I just purchased my first pontoon boat. Is there any suggestions on modifications that I should make?

It all gets used. Net, collapsable spare oar, gun rack, stoage for 4 rods, oar rests, and yes, a cupholder.

It is a 8' Southfork.

I tried to keep my soutfork as light as possible to maintain its handling and float as high as possible. At 220lbs I didn't want to add any more weight than necessary. The only thing I did was add a couple of rod holders. I eventually went to a 10 footer.

BTW, i have a 7' bucks bag 'southfork" for sale, its in good condition, only been used like 3 times, i want to get rid of it BADLY!!!, its taking up space and im tired of moving it..anyone know someone who is looking for one, email me JEWWY75@HOTMAIL.COM, thanks 300$$ for it obo..

The only thing missing on that is a big jet and a kicker The rod holder on the seat is a great idea, but it does lead to thoughts of other possible uses for that hole in the seat.

I hadnt even thought of using my pontoon to duck hunt... thats a great idea.
