Anybody know the how much it costs to get a replacement license and if you have to get it at the orignal store of purchase?

Lost it during one of those innumerable transfers so that it can be in direct possesion. Will the gameys write a ticket if the license is nearby and not in direct possesion? IE in the boat that a buddy decides to take across the river, etc?

Only been checked once by the jack@ss Weaver who lives/lived across from White Bridge on the nooche. What a jerk. Made me a bit leery of not glueing it to my forehead or something. At least they don't disolve in water like they used to.

I lost my WA clamming licence a couple of years ago. You are in the computer with some
personal info. I got a replacement in a different town than where purchased.

You need to go to any dealer and request a dulicate, this will cost you just under $10. The problem you will have is the duplicate punch card will not be valid for steelhead. It will be marked "duplicate not valid for sturgeon or steelhead" In fact the WDFW tell's us to mark the spots for these species with an indelible marker. They do this because in prev, years some people have filled their p.c.'s and gone in requsting a "replacement" for their lost one. If you know what I mean. I think you will have to talk to your local WDFW office about this. Don't expect much for help they have discontinued selling licenses. As for your enforcement problem I am of the mindset that the local fish cop should be feared like the grim reaper. They are there to enforce the rules. In Canada the mear mention of a game warden in the area will cause many of the snaggers to pack up and leave. Same with Alaska, in fact every Wed. the local paper in Sitka will publish the name and violation of wrong doers.
