have read on this board about 6-8 inch spoons for tro;;ing for salmon. looked at narrow marina and sportco...no spoons bigger than 4 inchs. where u guys finding this spoons?

Did you mean 4 to 6 inch spoons? There are a ton of 4 inch spoons out there. For 5 inch... the Diamond King is a good choice (cabelas has them). I also could have sworn I saw a 5" Yote before I left the States. Check Ted's. Another choice is to type in Salmon Spoons in a search engine. This will give you quite a few Midwest tackle shops that carry large spoons. If you think we have gone hog wild on colors for spoons, check them guys out. One website I went to must have had 100 colors schemes! I build 90 percent of my 5 and 6 inch spoons than paint them myself. I save a ton of money this way.

Can't speak for everyone, but I only use the large spoons in the summer for returning Kings. Blackmouth I like the 2" - 3" spoons.
