Bob Dazed and Confused Registered: 03/05/99 Posts: 6367 Loc: Forks, WA & Soldotna, AK	Some users have been experiencing problems from 4-6 AM while the daily backup takes place. The error often reads that there was not enough disk space. We located the problem that we believe was causing the error. If it continues, please note the exact time and please forward our way. Not getting any error messages but it takes a very long time to load, it seems like it takes a long time to find the IP address. Once its found, things are as snappy as always. Up to a full minute just to reply or for ay link to work. If its just a morning thing because of backups or maintenance thats OKay i guess, i do not usuaully log on so early. Traffic is pretty heavy and we're looking at a pretty good server load but the change should decrease that. It will result in a board address change, so you'll have to change bookmarks when I do it. I'll have a note on the home page with the new addy, so if your bookmark dies (it will), you can make a new one easily _________________________ Seen ... on a drive to Stam's house: "You CANNOT fix stupid!"

Bob, Ever since you swithced to this new server or whatever the switch included the site speed has gone down.For awile ther in the mornings i could not justify even getting on.Even after work it would take considerably longer to move around.Just seems that this new server is doing more harm than good.Reminds me of dial up again. Not *****en just letting you Know!
