I got my second catch record card before June 1 as I had heard that WDFW would start charging 10 bucks after then. Unfortunately ( ) I filled that one up already and had to get a new one today. I didn't get charged - either because I had bought my first one last spring and so was "grandfathered" in, or because the clerk screwed up - I didn't want to ask. Anyway, don't get to save 10 bucks every day, now I got beer money

Apparently the $10 charged passed into law is not being implemented yet. I have heard this from many sellers of licenses. The bureaucratic snail is in action again.
