Has anyone fished Buoy 10 recently; would it be worth fighting the crowds this Labor Day weekend?
Thanks for any information that you can give!

Fished bouy 10 yesterday on the incoming tide. Lots of fish coming across, mostly silvers but plenty of action. The crowd was substantial for a weekday and it is really hectic near the bouy. I can't imagine what the weekend would be like.........frankly, I would stay upriver at the church hole or something. If you go out near the bouy you should try to have 3 on board, one to net, one to steer and one to fight the fish.........the crowd is way too crazy! We had 4 large luxury yachts charge right through the middle of the fishing fleet at what seemed like cruising speed. Dang near ran us right over......didn't seem to give a damn either. Lots of middle fingers flying.

I''m probably making it sound worse than it was.........it is really hectic but the fishing is world class so that makes up for it.

good luck

We also were there on Thursday.

Fished by 10 but didn't like the crowd but I have seen it worse.

Wouldn't go there this week end! Betcha it's gonna be a mad house.

Be perpared to wait to launch.

Saw a boat high and dry that missed the channel out of Chinook. Be careful there as it is a pretty low tide in the A.M. I would imagine they had to wait for several hours to float off the sandbar.

Lotsa fish and losa people. We had a great time.

Had a great day and caught many Silvers that seemed to be 2 "unclipped" to 1 clipped.

I would go again.
