STOLEN from Everett, Sandy's (Bayside marine) Tuesday night 20' Olympic Northwest walk around bulkhead. Boat was equipped with a 150hp Yamaha and a 9.9hp Yamaha kicker 4 stoke. Radar & GPS mounted on Black Custom Arch with VHF antenna on port side. Name on the boat is JAN ANNE. Both motors were 1991 series Boat is all white except a black stripe around the waterline. Boat is setting on a single axel Ezy loader single axel trailer. Motors are mounted on a GIL (brand name) motor bracket.
My buddy worked long and hard for this boat and is just heart broken. If you have any information call Troy @ 425-335-3503. He is currently working with his insurance co to resolve the issue, but would rather recover the boat because of its design. The boat was inside of the locked gated area but the gates were broken open. You may also contact me.

The boat will probably be found eventually. The motors will probably be gone though.

Wow, what a shame. Will his or Sandy's insurance cover that? The good thing is that boat can't hide.

He's still working with his insurance. They have told him that Sandy's did have the boat secure, so they are probably not going to take the hit.

Was the boat beeing worked on or was this a storage yard for rent?

Boat was in having some minor work done on the motor.

The reason i asked is because these places don't tell you this is they probably have insurance that does cover your loss, there is insurance called garage keepers or baylies (spelling) that covers customers when items are left in the care of them, even though it is no fault of their own they do have a responability to the customer, might look into?

Hope it works out and they find the boat intact. If not hope the insurance comes somewhere close to covering the cost of replacement.

If they catch the dirty SOBS that did this they should let your buddy take them out and use them for bait on his next orca fishing trip.
