Does that translate to mean that the Chehalis will fish Grays Harbor and the Chehalis River and net the Kings while the bay and the river are closed to everyone else? Like I've said before 50% of zero is not zero when it comes to tribal netting.

Grandpa, the Chehalis tribe don't have fising rights for the lower Chehalis or Grays Harbor. That area belongs to the Quinaults.

You have to wonder if the "Executive Order" tribes have any agreement between them and the US government. In other words, do they have "subsistance" rules and stuff like that?
