I'm shopping for a used Drift boat and am looking for more reasorces. I've been here, and to Ifish, the Portland Oregonian and that's about all I've found that's worth a hoot, Oh yeah Boatrader too...

I was just thinking that some of you guys must have some good Idea's where a guy can keep his eye's on for a good deal.

Thanks a million,
45/70

1) boattraderonline.com (you can search the whole country for the type of boat and price range your looking for)

2) brinsfield.com (they're just outside of Portland--but they have tons of boats with complete discriptions as well as as different angle photos and even downloadable video)

3) barginboats.com

Happy boat hunting.

Bottom of some runs in the Sol Duc and the Calawah.

Maybe part of the Nisqually too, they might be a little on the old side though.

Yeah,

I guess the slightly used fiberglass DB I 'm plannin on gettin repaired (someday soon I hope depending on the fun ticket $$ituation) took the Nisko wrong long ago (previous post) and it shows by the price I paid for it (none).

My uncle said two guys drowned in it but hes a bser. Was decomposing at his mom's 4 years before I hauled it away.

Another buddy found a nice old 14' Livingstone along a backbay in the Bay-sell region and is rackin in the clams with it. He left it alone for a couple weeks first as it was isolated from casual view in an isolated location.

Interestingly, a nice 18' Rinell was adrift and caught on my bro's mooring anchor on FOx Island. The nice neighbors informed of the adrift boat laws; apparently one can make the owner pay a finder's fee when they come around to claim it. Nobody recognized the boat- I suggested locking it to their bouy until resolved- a new $5000 boat would be so nice if unclaimed.
