has anyone been fishing the yakima river lately

hello and yes! We went last weekend actually looking for the river just outside of Cle Ellum and it was very low so we drove around and found a public access to the Yak and it was awesome!!! Fish were fast and furious until the sun hit the water and then it all slowed but it was great! we were fly fishin and were catching 14- 18 bows.

I'm assuming you're asking about the salmon. A guy I work with said his brother caught a 40lb. nook that was in pretty good shape. He caught it just below the Prosser dam.
