I just moved up to Bellingham and am wondering if some one can point me towards some fishing. I am a bankie and like to hike. I am more interested in the names of rivers and the generl location of where to concentrate ie. lower middle or upper river. Any help would be wonderful.

you got some great fishing around you, Im not sure what you like to fish for, for salmon you got the Skaget, samish and whatcom creek and its a short trip across the sumas border crossing to the chilliwack, for trout there are lots of streams that run off the skaget and baker lake, then the bass fishing at whatcom lake, samish lake, terrell, wiser, etc isl good to great......DJ

Thanks for the info. I am a salmon and steelhead fisherman and am looking mostly for places to chase them around but I will fish for any thing if given the opportunity.
