Partnership Guarantee
Fenwick's commitment to the fisherman extends well beyond building superior performing tackle. We strive to create a "partnership" with the angler by backing our products with the finest warranty program available. And, most importantly, if you have questions or need service, you can count on the team at Fenwick to provide the prompt, courteous service you expect from a leader.
Lifetime Limited Warranty
Covers these Fenwick rod models: Techna AV™ , HMG®-AV, Saltstik Graphite™ , HMG®, Fenglass® as well as F-Series fly reels. If your Fenwick rod or reel fails as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, we will, at our discretion, replace it for the lifetime of the original owner with proof of purchase (a $9.95 shipping and handling fee is also required when you return your damaged rod). This warranty is limited to replacement of the rod or reel, and does not cover incidental or consequential damage resulting from accidents, normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, lack of proper maintenance or mishandling. Changes, alterations or modifications could void the warranty.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions listed above in the Lifetime Limited Warranty and the Five Year Limited Warranty may not apply to you. These warranties give you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.
Five Year Limited Warranty
Covers these Fenwick rod models: HMX™ , Eagle GT®, Pacificstik Supreme™ . If your Fenwick rod fails as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship within the first five (5) years of ownership, we will, at our discretion, replace it with proof of purchase (a $9.95 shipping and handling fee is also required when you return your damaged rod). This warranty is limited to replacement of the rod, and does not cover incidental or consequential damage resulting from accidents, normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, lack of proper maintenance or mishandling. Changes, alterations or modifications to the rod could void the warranty.
Other Warranty Coverage
Any products not specified in the Lifetime or Five Year Limited Warranty section outlined above are covered by a one year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Lifetime Accident Replacement Service
If your Fenwick rod is damaged as a result of an accident or some other circumstance not covered by our warranty, we will be happy to replace the rod at a specially discounted price (55% off our most current Fenwick Suggested Retail Price List) plus the $9.95 shipping and handling fee. To take advantage of our Lifetime Accident Replacement Service or for other warranty service, return your entire rod in a disposable container, prepaid and insured, along with proof of purchase and a check for $9.95 shipping and handling (payable to Fenwick) to the Fenwick Angler Services address listed below. Once we receive your rod, you can count on the Fenwick staff to process your return promptly and professionally so that you can get back on the water with minimal delay.
