The bearings in the roller assembly are completely shot. The roller no longer spins to load and unload the drift boat. Can you purchase a new roller assembly. Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated. I believe the trailer is the original to a 1973 Allumaweld. Hope that helps.

Shawn-can you "re-do" with a 2x6 or 2x4 board and uhmw type material on top that would slidethe boat? Just a thought, you could go to Kofflerboats.com and make contact they might have what your looking for if you give them the measurments.
