Wild Steelhead Coalition Member Meeting
Commissioner Pete Van Gytenbeek to speak at the next WSC Meeting!
When: Wednesday Nov 5th
Time: 6:30-7 Social come and have a beer or two and get caught up with old and new friends. 7 Official meeting begins
Where: Bothell American Legion Post
19213 Bothell Way NE, Bothell, WA

We are please to announce that the speaker for the November 5th WSC meeting will be Pete Van Gytenbeek.
Pete is a current Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife commissioner, and will present a program onthe Rule Change process currently employed employed by the commission.


Mr. Van Gytenbeek served as Executive Director of Trout Unlimited and was publisher of Fly Fishing Salt Waters Magazine.

Hopefully someone will quiz Pete on why the WDFW commission chooses to ignore economic impact when they make decisions relating to fishing. And also why gill netting steelhead is still going on.

I have know Pete for years. I can tell you he is 100% for the fish , a serious sports fishermen and not in anybodys pocket. If you want a chance to actually talk to a commissioner here is your chance. He WILL listen. He deserves our thanks for working so hard for us.
