Jerry's beard is whiter than mind! laugh laugh

Jerry, you gonna give up the name of that river that has bright kings in it on the 8th of November. It does look kinda familiar....

NO Eddie. The avatar picture is two years old. Hey that was just about the same that I started to moderate here. Must just be a coincidence.

Great looking fish, nice weather, good company, what else could you ask for? Maybe a cold beer?

Well Grandpa a person might see that the fish has water dripping from it , so was only out of the water for a couple of seconds. None of the kings cnr'd (and there was ALOT) were netted. WE also got our silvers each day, some were very bright. Thanks to Bryan and Kent (Reiterrat) for the good day. My arms are still sore.

For all of you that want to know where we were fishing all I have to say is I was along for the ride with a couple of very accomplished fisherman that know that river very well. You had to set up just right to fish the seam, other boats were around part of the day and didn't do very well. The river has been mentioned on the board in the past , how and where you fished was very important.

I've fished that hole, and caught fish just about there. Nice day on the water, I'm envious.

He handled the fish just fine for the photo. Let poor Jerry be. What you don't see from the photo, is that the hook is buried so deep, he couldn't get it out with his fingers and Jerry didn't have his pliers with him. So, to get the hook out, he threw the fish up on the bank, stepped on its head with his logging boot, took a sharp stick and gouged the hook out of his gills. Then, he stuck his hands in both gill plates, drug the fish back out into the water and pitched it 15 feet in the air so he could hear the cool SMACK as it hit the water. Don't worry, the fish revived and floated away just fine, upside down. I saw the whole thing. Happened just like that, I swear! laugh laugh
