As long as the Dogs have Gilby inc. the Cougs can look forward to a long stretch of thumping the hounds.

Gilby: "We have a lack of talent, To much turmoil last summer, This is not my ideal situation " the excuses are on the table all the players have to do is go out and play to his expectation now for them to be real.

Swofford showed me the past two weeks that we are pretty solid at the Qb spot and it was the only question I had .

Cougs 34 dogs 14

Can you say Jim Lambright?

I'm a dawg showin my age, but to me the luster was lost after the Don James era (deepen your voice when you say his name!)

.....and eloquent Mike Price is selling?

Glad to see you are still around RR. Hey did you catch the drubbing your ladies took last year in the AC when they may have had a chance to play for the NC if they had simply not coug'd it? Kinda similar to this years' stage I would say.

You boys may be on to something here. Would you buy a used vehicle from Mike Price or Rick Neweasel, "honest, it only has 25,000 miles on it, you can bet on it"? GOCOUGS! And thats another coug win!

Maybe you guys outta see about signing that kid up. Cant be much of a drop off from pickett. Plus if you look closely at his face, he's already got the look of pain and anguish, Gibly usually takes a game or two to teach that to his recruits!

Big-time Coog fan, huh?

The name is Swogger...............and we'll be glad to thump on him like the rest of the WSU QB's.

UW: 30 bowl games, 13 Rose Bowls, 7 Rose bowl wins.

WSU: I can counttheir bowl games with my shoes on, 3 Rose Bowls, 1 Rose Bowl win......back in 1916.

Color me impressed.

Did you leave out total cougar bowl games for effect?

Dog fans BETTER have a good memory! It will be a long time before they get to another one! Enjoy the LOOOOOOOOOOONG off season! Looks like another dandy recruiting class coming in for the huskies! Thanks for starting the thread, I was having a bad day too!

So their winning percentage in the rose bowl is .538 about half. When we go next time, we'll have caught them... man, what efficiency!

Dog fans BETTER have a good memory! It will be a long time before they get to another one! (at least their .538 win percentage will be safe for a decade or so) Enjoy the LOOOOOOOOOOONG off season! Looks like another dandy recruiting class coming in for the huskies!

Thanks for starting the thread, I was having a bad day too!

Are you quoting yourself for effect?

So how many bowls is it? Six? Seven?

Whoops Swogger yes.

Pretty bad when fans have to recall yesterday because tomorrow looks so bleak:-)

Keep that record handy as you watch the next few seasons of Husky athletics maybe it will keep you off the hard drugs when reality sets in.

Don James was a great coach and the UW will pay for a few more years for that mess. Call it the curse of the "Dawgfather"

Word has it that Gilbertson told the Dawgs this week that when the offense leaves the field, the defense is supposed to take their turn. Doh!

Now that we have THAT straightened out, Kegel can follow Gesser's footsteps and go winless in the AC too.

Having seen pictures of the "Company" Mike Price keeps, I think I'll be buying from Rick.

This year I feel like roles are reversed. Instead of the crappy Cougs with nothing better on the horizon than to beat the Dawg's in the apple cup, it's the demoralized dawgs hoping to get something positive out of this sh**ty season by beating the Cougs in the apple cup.
