Does Whatcom County have the market on idiots? No, they're everywhere. Sorry, I couldn't resist. Most signs like that are usually written in more than one language. Why not these?

Anonymous Unregistered	too bad the sign is wrong. anything hooked in the head is legal WAC 220-56-215 Unlawful possession of snagged salmon. It shall be unlawful to possess salmon taken for personal use from freshwater areas that were not hooked inside the mouth or on the head
