I fished both below and above Sultan today. Below Sultan in Monroe the visibilty was poor, maybe 6 inches at best. Fished fr 2 hours and didn't touch anything. Fished above Sultan for the rest of the day and the river was much clearer...lots of dogs still to be had..good luck!

Still dirty anywhere below the sultan. I c&r 'ed
a big chum that hit a plug. Otherwise kind of slow from what I saw. If you go above the sultan you might have better luck.

Dirty is the word. Not unfishable though. We boated four this morning below Sultan. Lost three others, including the one I crackered and lost the fish and plug. ( beathead Hey Driftboat, I swear I wasn't horsing it, flog )
