I was wondering what a decent flow on the Calawah would be to expect to be able to fish? Haven't fished it much and it looks like timing is going to be key this year. Thanks.

Mike,
From my experience 1500CFS and lower it's fishable. 1000CFS and lower is ideal for floats and jigs as long as the river is dropping.

Ive had some of my best days on both the Clawah and Bogie fishing brats when its almost in the trees, with no vis at all.

I like it best when it has alot of water with about 3 to 4 feet of vis. Lots of water meaning almost to much.

Either just going out or just starting to drop.
No people and lots of new fish resting anywhere along the bank its slow enough.
