Has anyone tried this reel?

Avet SX

This USA made (in California) reel spun for nearly FOUR minutes in free spool in their demonstration video (can't fine where I saw it now). There are about half dozen models from 14 oz. to 2 pounds. They look pretty sleek and the best part is that most models are available in LEFT-HANDED!

I think someone posted a thread about this reel a few weeks ago, but I don't there there was a much of response. If anyone has actually tried one, especially the smaller SX model in left-hand, I would like to get some feedback. There are several e-tailers selling them and the specs look great, but they're relatively new and the warranty is only 2 years. I don't want to sink $$$ and regret later, so let's hear from some owners.

Nice looking reels. I've never tried them but they look like they would be good reels to take to tuna town next summer. You may have to try some of the So Cal or east coast BB's to get some evaluations.

Sorry about the size of the picture guys...was too busy to downsize.

The reel I'm interested in is the SX left-hand model at 14 oz. which would be ideal for salmon and maybe even for gators. It's just that there aren't that many left-handed casting reels that hold 20#/220yds at this price. I guess my only concern is the durability/reliability of the reel since they're so new to the scene.

It's sold separately, as an option, for $50 installed. Or you can install it yourself and save $30.
