Can't speak for past issues, as I just bought my first copy last month...but..

To say it is superb is not sufficient. I found more information, education and just good reading in that mag. than in any other fishing related magazine I've ever read.

They write about stuff a person can put to use the next time on the river, and don't just blow their own horns about how great of a fisherman they are. (at least that's what I saw in the last issue)

Traditional Bowhunter is now in "second seat" on my subscriptions.

It all boils down to this - I'm right, everyone else is wrong, and anyone who disputes this is clearly a dumbfuck.

I agree. i've had a subscription as long as I can remember and while some of it is a refresher, there is always new Ideas that increase my knowledge and fishing prowess. Plus, I dig the maxima women!

I love the mag, except Dunnington, I mean Lose lips Dunnington. I can't stand that guy. It's the only one, 1st class.

Absolutely the best ,has a ton of useful information packed in its pages.Thats coming from someone who will never fish a majority of the waters mentioned in its pages.I have seen a few of the writers stalking our waters in the past and the fact that they didnt reveal the spots they were fishing was refreshing. One thing that would be nice is to have a few stories on the fishery related problems were having in Canada as Your fish travel through our waters and vica versa.
