I have a Beretta 40.cal 96g Elite II and would like to have Night Sites installed on it. What are the best ones to get, and I know some offer different colors. What colors do you like best. Also were can I get them installed. Thanks in advance..... Ross

I use green, and generally prefer Novak's or Trijicons. Installing night sights is pretty easy and most dealers can handle the job. I don't think there is a best although there are personal preferences. They all use tritium inserts, and you can have inserts installed in existing sights although that is pricey. Otherwise, you will probably pay around $100 to 150.

I have no idea what shops are available that are close to you, but you should at least be able to find somewhere in Portland.

Your local gun shop should be able to assist with putting them in. Wade's on the Eastside (Bellevue) has gunsmithing and pretty much anything you can think of.

I like the green and I went with Tri's, great on the G30.
