We fished thursday and friday last week. Caught one wild fish and had half a dozen good bumps. Fish were rolling everywhere just no takers...

I picked up 5 from 5-11 lbs. All hatchery fish. had 4 or 5 other bumps. Not a bad for bank fishing.

It all boils down to this - I'm right, everyone else is wrong, and anyone who disputes this is clearly a dumbfuck.

Ooooooooooo look at the tans. I give it about 3 weeks from when you get back until you're pasty white again........like the rest of us. Looks like fun. Dan S. <--------Green with envy.

Dan, the last time I saw you "green" with envy was at Westport last year, right Mav.
Fishgal, those "Guns" you are sporting look nice and tanned. You and Bob are looking good and sounds like you are having a blast.

I got 5 on Sunday. All natives. Kept them all. In fact I'm enjoying some for dinner right now... 3 mallards, 2 teal!

Dude, I wouldn't be calling those natives when they came from the Breadline at Wapato Park!

Maybe, maybe not Dan With the tanning we did in preparation of our trip .. I learned it was about the quickest way for me to warm up at the end of those nasty cold days we had early in the month. I may have to do that once a week or so on those really ugly ones ... might be able to keep it for a little bit

I hear Earl Scheib is gonna open some one of those spray-on salons up there, Bob. My wife went electric last year when we got back from Maui.......but I couldn't bring myself to do it........you know, for fear of the inevitable clowning from my buddies. Well, you know which one of us was pasty white again in 3 weeks. Just think........you should only have to go until July when the sun comes out here.

Relentless, You call it the breadline at Wapato... ...I call it smart hunters' paradise! Would have had my limit if that mom and toddler in front of the bush I was hiding in wouldn't have run out of wonder bread. Ducks taste darn good too. Heard that was actually one of those novelty "fish pillows" from a souvenier store in that Ande add. Any truth to that rumour? And p.s. I really think Ande is good line and I REALLY use it too, even though I've never actually landed a fish on it for a picture yet!

The bread line is for people who can't hit the broad side of a 71 Chevy pick up with a 12 gauge. Oh that would be you! That was the biggest (and the only) steelie I ever caught. Besides, I am surprised you even noticed the fish with that handsome dude in the photo. So where is the love? If you are having trouble landing fish, you must need some more lessons........God only knows how many I have already given you!

1. A sane person would never actually try to hit any part of a fine vehicle like an chevy with a twelve guage, even if he couldn't! 2. Hey, that was a cool picture; why didn't you send in one of a real steelhead? .
