I've been reading this board for awhile now with very much interest regarding the commissioners ruling and WSR.

I can't believe that this board continually allows someone's Aunt to continually derail the discussions with her attacks and pot stirring! Will this board please do something about the Aunt and her tactics!

I'm very interested in the topics that were recently closed, for what reason I'm not sure other than the aunt seemed upset about the direction of the topics and once again choose to derail them with her retoric.

When is the next commission meeting and does anyone know if the commission will be re-visiting the WSR ruling in that meeting? It is unclear to me how the whole process works.

Good question!

Here is the agenda for March meetings:

http://wdfw.wa.gov/com/meetings.htm

I didn't see anything where they side that they were going to discuss rescinding the WSR moratorium, but they may change the agendas issues for the March 12, 13 meetings.

It would be wise to keep an eye on these to make sure that something else just doesn't happen to slip into be passed!

I would think that the "commission" is going to be very guarded now before they try to pull off another WRS debacle, now that the "public" is focused on what they are doing!

I think she does the attacks just to get the topics closed. There have been a bunch of great topics closed because of her attacks.
If things are not looking good for her side of the issue the personal attacks start flying.

Guy's Jerry only closed them for a couple of hours so he could get some work done. I'm sure they will be open again later.

Some times even with all the smile faces and things it is not easy to tell what some one means. I have fished with AuntyM and hubby, and I can tell you she is a wonderful person to be around.

Enough of the Aunty bashing Boys, you all have had a part a part in the closing of some of these threads.

It all boils down to this - I'm right, everyone else is wrong, and anyone who disputes this is clearly a dumbfuck.

A thread was locked and you had something else to add? Well, I'm pretty sure you can start a new thread any time you feel like it.

And with over 500 posts, I think all was said that needed to be. Start a new one if you have something new for us all.

Oh really!

Things sure took a big turn in the "other" direction, once the transcript came out!

And yes, that was after 670 posts.

Information is always slow to come, but when it does, it says it all! \:D

I'm pretty sure that Jerry and Bob have a darn good grasp on what goes on here and I'm personally thankful that they allow debate on these devisive topics.

I'm even more thankfuo that they allow me to post my thoughts when they are in many cases in direct opposition to their own.

My advice is to just ignore posts designed to arrouse antagonism and personallity conflicts. Get Grandpa to make you a nice foil reflector hat and stick to the issues.

Cowlitz, Nothing that has been locked on PP is in anyway to protect the WSC. If that was the case, would only have to lop less than 10 heads and the problem would be gone. If people attack the WSC with innuedo and falsehoods some of the members will reply. That doesn't mean the heat is too hot or the light is too bright but setting the record straight. But as usual you can make of it what you will.

So its 10 against 3 then. We have an unfair advantage. Off with our heads. ;\)

Jerry believe me I know how difficult it is to moderate a board. I do my best to be cordial here and to be very frank about it, I don't see myself or anyone else in opposition being disrespectful here. I see most of the disrespect coming from one source.

What I was saying Bruce is that if it was all about protecting the WSC a few lopped heads would be the easy way out.

Jerry

You’ve always been up front with me. For that I respect you. So I will be up-front with you. I am puzzled why you would have to lock up a thread or two. If people do not follow Bob's rules, I would fully understand that you must deal with them! The key word Jerry is "deal with them"…not the thread! Threads offend get a little carried away, if they didn't no one would come to Bob's site to get the hot and most up to date scoop!

BUT many people do not like the constant bickering between many of you ... little pot shots here and there.

This thread is gone and and be forewarned, the next disrepectful thing I read from a poster, the user is gone. Period, end of story, no second chances, no "Sorry, Bob" emails.

I don't like to have to become involved in these discussions like this, I've always kept a pretty loose reign around here ... but I'm putting on the old Sheriff Badge again \:\)
