I may have a chance to drag the boat out to Ocean Shores this spring. What kind of fishing can be done in the harbor or a bit offshore on a calm day?

Black rockfish on the submerged jetty. Bring plenty of jigs. It eats them faster than I can tie them on.

Weather permiting right now, I like fishing 2hrs. before high water this is the most productive time. I would time my fishing trip when high water was around 11:00. If it is clear out wind will come up around this time and make it hard to fish.PM me if you want more detailed info.
