I might be heading down to Drano this weekend and was wondering what the launch situation is down there. Haven't been there this year and heard rumors that parking is no longer allowed along the highway? Any other other changes I should be aware of as far as launching and parking is concerned?

The launch fee is still in effect this year, $3 per vehicle. The new launch is nearly complete. There is brand new parking spots available right there at the launch. As for parking on the road, I believe you are still allowed to do so.
Good luck fishing there this week! I saw 7 fish caught there last thursday, and it will only get better.

Was there this past weekend people where parked on the Hwy.The launch is not done. Cost $3.00 fishing slow may pick up this week.
