When using Diver & Bait rigs for steelies I was wondering if Spin-Glo and eggs was as effective as Sand Shrimp fished this way ? Thanks

Oh, yeah. I almost never use shrimp any more. I like a small pearl pink spin n glo.

Its probably as effective, but I find it is a lot easier to keep sandshrimp on the hook. Escpecially, if there are smolt or small trout around.

Thanks for the input, with the Green as a testing ground, I wasn't sure if it was where I was fishing or that Diver & Eggs set-up maybe was not as good. Have had no takers so far on several trips down from Whitney Bridge to Hwy 18.
