I was wondering if anyone else was going to be in port hardy 8-7 to 8-15. I am dragging the boat up again this year. 6 days of nothing but fishing.

if work travel don't mess me up...i'll should be fishing Duval Pt. and Castle Pt. from 8/12 to 8/16. My crew goes every year and i've been going since 1992. I too will drag a boat (21' Striper named DAWGfish) up there for the 4th year in a row.

I will be passing through on my way to Rivers inlet.

My crew and I are staying at the quatermaster. I will be fishing in a 22 foot alumaweld formula vee green and grey. Give us a holler. Last year was the second time I fished their. The first time was probably 20 years ago. We fished mainly duval and castle rock. Looking to do a little more exploring and find some other places to fish. Really want to catch some halibut and linc cod. I will be on the vhf give me a holler Troller is what I use as a call name. Maybe we can help eatch other out if one of us finds some fish.

Don't use my VHF much, but i'll give ya holler if i find something really good. My handle is DAWGfish. I know, sounds but bad, but Purple is good!
