Fished shipwreck 6:00am till noon. Lost a nice one about 6:30. Put a 7lb in the boat about 7:30. Nothing after that. Only saw a few netted.

Best day I have had fishing in Edmonds in quite a while. Took my buddy and his two boys out today. We went 5 for 9. The boys each got 1. It was the first for each of them ever. In fact, the oldest one got the biggest for the day at 9 1/2 lbs.

My buddy caught two and they were even nice enough to save one for me.....

1/1, 6# hen out of Possession, Army Truck spoon, 7:00 to 9:30.

0/0 out of Shipwreck, 10:30 to 12:00.

We saw a great deal of fishing but very little catching happening around us. The counter at Everett reported about 1 fish/boat. We did snag 4-5 poor little shakers, didn't even know some of them were on there.

fished the shipwreck to mukeltio from 6:30 to 11:00, no take downs. Threw everything in the box at 'em. Not to many nets out either.

Launched out of Edmonds at 6:30 this morning.
We fished from Edmonds to Picnic point.
Heavy fishing pressure today as expected.
We boated 3 Coho, and farmed 2.
With recent good reports, three of us expected limits, but not today. \:D
Heard of a 13 lber brought into Edmonds today.
Excellent day to be out there trolling for ocean bright Coho!

Better today than on Saturday. We fished from 6:30 to noon and caught four silvers, lost three. Saw more nets out. Nice bite from 8:30 to 10:30 or so. Biggest fish was 8-9 pounds. Full report over on WashingtonLakes.com

'Happy Daze' (my boat name) has limited two days in a row in front of Edmonds. I pulled a limit yesterday by myself (12# and 6#) on a green spatter-back hoochie with herring strip at 55 feet and repeated today with a second person with me (10#, 10#, 8#, 5#). Shipwreck has been crowded and dead (for us) so I have focused on Edmonds for now. Didn't even waste my time at Shipwreck this am. Not starting real early, just fishing the rips and especially focusing on the tide changes.

Good luck!

Is anyone fishing the Kingston side?

I went out two days in a row to the west side of Whidbey Island, up at Lagoon Point. Both days were real slow. One fish the first day (lost) and two the second (both released natives). Hardly saw anyone netting fish-- maybe three for 50 boats in the 2 hours we were there.

I'm thinking I should be heading down to Kingston tomorrow from the reports I'm seeing.

Getting a little tired of posting the same results, gotta get off the skunk SOON!!

I feel your pain Baddawg. I am usually one of the boats with fish when the others have one or none. My secret spots and gaurunteed silver rigs have left me with a couple cnr kings, a few hard take downs and no slim in the cooler for my last three attemps. I can't even get a resedent for the BBQ. I need a 10lb silver fix REEAAL bad. May have to drop the 200 bucks to drag the boat across to Sekiu to get it. If I dont have one by Sunday I will be forced to head west
