How many would trade say the Bogie hatchery for far less tribal nett days.

No more hatchery fish opportunity but far less netting pressure on the early wild steelhead that are still left hopeing they will come back.

I am biased ofcourse but that sounds like a win win situation to me. I am sure many will disagree

Seems to me that the Bogie/Calawah is one of the best hatchery fisheries going in Wa. It supplies a high number of fisherman days and has a great catch average. Good fishing from Thanksgiving to NewYears that would be hard if not impossible to replace during that time of year with C&R wild fish. The Quil. tribe would need their half of the wild fish even more with the loss of opportunity to hammer brats.
