may not have been the likes of what I see regularly from some of you guys on here, but as often as I get out, I'll take what I can get!

I was gonna let him swim away, but (#1) my wife and kids would shoot me if I let another one go that was legal to keep, and (#2) I figured he was there to be eaten. Actually the meat was nice and orange and as tasty as any steely or salmon I've ever caught.

Summer-Run, I've never picked anything up there either until the last couple of trips. The first one was caught by my buddy Doug and it could have been a clone of the one I got yesterday.

This one hit a hotshot while I was on the oars and I'm sure the guys around us that saw it got a kick out of me trying to get my anchor down while keeping tension on him. I gotta get a troller or give my passengers more time on the oars!

Hey Skywalker!

Seemed to me you did a fine job of holding on to that fish! Thanks for the show, we certainly enjoyed watching you catch it, especially since we left the river empty handed.

We'll give 'er another try...beautiful day to be on the Sky - fish or no.

james, I'm glad I could provide some entertainment...I'm usually the audience myself. \:\)

Next time I'll give Danny a heads-up on rowing, anchor picking, and netting BEFORE we get into a fish.

Poor guy, he's now been down with me twice, and both times he watched someone else catch a fish in the same spot. At least he's seen fish, I guess. I know it was a lot more than two trips to the bank before I saw one.
