Can anyone tell me how the launches are at Tulalip and Kayak. I have a 14' Smokercraft that is trailored. I drove past the Kayak point launch on a minus tide and the water was a couple hundred yards out from the launch. How is it on a 'normal' low or high? And what about Tulalip? thanks. Any other launches between Tulalip and Stanwood other than the car top launch on the Stilly?

Kayak launch is no problem for a boat like yours at normal tide levels (2-3ft and up).
At lower levels the ramp can be sanded in and 4wd might be needed. I've launched my 21 Striper there several times without problem.

BTW did you get that parking ticket cleared up from the Sky trip?

Oh yeah. That ticket. I've found that if you mail a government organization and ask for a written response, things go into a black hole.

Done any float trips lately?

Yeah fished the upper Sky one more time right after the rains started several weeks or a month ago,. No luck again. I noticed that over 1000 fish have made it over Sunset by now....don't know how I missed em.
