OK, we know that Canyon Boy has a 20 foot square hole in the upper Sno that has been putting out fish after fish after he runs the Dupont Spinner through it ;\) but seriously, has the bite picked up more broadly through the Sno? Last week, not many visible fish and not much of a bite. Recently? Anyone? Ferris? Ferris...?

Talked with a couple at Lowel launch Thursday.
They said they have put (11) in the boat in (3)
trips. Trolling above the pillchuck.

Just to let you know I'm not just fishing one spot there are several that are all producing about equally. I just move away from the crowd. It's always good to have backup spots because once you catch many fish people see it and hord in! Anywhere you find a number of jumpers you can catch fish...it really is that simple!

Yeah, what CM said! I got fed up with "the hole" yesterday, too many boats. I went down river, fished all by myself and scored in short order. What really impresses me is someone's ability to post a picture on the board. I may be able to land a fish now and again but this computer thing has me flummoxed.

I was just out on the snohomish off Treotsi road with about 30 other people. I was the only one on shore to catch one this evening - and it fought so hard I thought it was the largest coho in the river. It turned out to be about a 14# chum! I didn't have the regs handy (quite a few rocks away) so I released it healthy. Just found out I could have kept it. anyone keep any in the snohomish? It was still bright - could it have been good to eat? I would have kept it had I known it was Chinkook and Pinks we have to release - I thought it was Chinkook and Chum - live and learn. Anyway, a couple boats came by and said they caught a couple a piece. Just as the sun set - the river was boiling and no one was catching them. But, they were definately in there - very cool sight. I think I'll try further down river to find some biters next time (like the lowel river road).

Ok, tomorrow I have to come down to North Bend to help a gentleman cut a little timber frame...I am planning on bringing my gear in hopes of getting an evening bite...Any advice on where I should go(not familiar with the rivers down south)...and would little itty bitty dick nites be a good choice?
Thanks
Trent
