over the summer i discovered millfoil thriving in my neighbor's pond. the pond is about 2 acres and by next summer the whole pond will be full of it. there is no way that i could have brought it in on my fishing gear. the boats are on the pond year round. how did it get there?

the owner doesn't care about what fish goes in the pond. i wanted to buy some catfish and bluegill but i need help finding a place that sells them.

birds get grass carp they eat it

Technically you have to go through the permit process. If there is a chance of escapement they will not allow it unless it is an approved program you set up with the state for certain species. You have to follow a certain plan and submit to inspections etc.


You could Just go catch a bunch of each and release them .

They are easy to buy in other parts of the country but not here .

Goggle Trout Lodge, I think their home-20 is somewhere down by Olympia WA. I think they sell sterile hybrid grass carp that you can buy.

thanks for the tip theking. all i need is an airator to keep them alive. campbell lake is about a 30 minute drive and is full of bluegill and perch. it is supposed to have catfish, but i have never caught one or seen any caught.
