I fished with Noel several times. I beleive he sold to his Nephew or Cousin, Justin, who now operates a different lodge in Terrace. I belive Noel is now retired.

Is Nicholas Dean Lodge a different lodge or is it the same lodge under new management.

Noel's old website was a treasure trove of weekly photos and reports that were very nicely archived year by year.. I always figured it might be very helpful in planning a trip "someday".... funny how 10 yrs have gone by and I'm still waiting on "someday".

The Skeena is a looong drive but worth it. There are some huge kings that come out of there. Some of the Kalum fish rival the Kenai for size. I've never boat fished up there, only plunked off the gravel bars.
