I drifted the upper sky from big edd to sultan today. the river color was great and the flow was fairly low. 1950 ft per second. we landed one steelhead ( my second one ever) on plugs just below the first train tracks near gold bar. i dont know if this hole has a name. I also got to watch 6 cops cross the river and go into the woods with ar-15s and full gear looking for more drug labs. i hope they kill all those freaks. of the 10 boats i talked to we had the only keeper and therewas only one wild 10lb fish released.

Well done ST.

It's allways cool to see a deer or a few elk cross the river-can't ever say I've ever seen a SWAT team crossing though !

Got to love the take down of a steelhead on a plug.

Almost as cool as a springer crushing a k-14.

You can tell I have springers on the mind.....MMMMM springers \:D

The SWAT team is lucky they weren't crossing in front of a rabid school of chums...bullet proof vests and sub machine guns would have almost made it a fair fight...
