Wacky is, 1. not quick or clever in understanding; obtuse. 2.taking a longer time than is expected or usual. 3. marked by low speed, etc,; not fast. 4. making speed difficult or impossible: as, a slow track. 5. Showing a time that is behind the correct time. 6. Passing slowly or tediously; dull. By the way, did I mention that I also think that the Right Wing Wacko's are extremely slow?
