This a great first car for a teenager, IMO. It runs a slant 6 so good mileage and it isn't over powering. It has low (119, 000)miles for a slant so the chance of major mechanical difficulties are slim for quite a few thousand more miles. The interior is a rough spot on the drivers seat and three cracks in the dash pad from being perfect...

...there is no more secure feeling than riding behind that old heavy gauge steel either.
