Just one day after Elliott Bay closed I picked up my biggest 2 fish of the season. Too bad I was in Area 9 and they both had to swim home. Spent the weekend around possession and had two nice Kings. One on Saturday (no photo) and one on Sunday. We estimate the one on Sat to be about 20 lbs. and this one on Sunday about 25 lbs.

And let's not forget about the pinks. A couple of my favorite fishermen/boys/girls and my favorite fish pictures now.

Same here. We tied into several big kings at Jeff' Head Saturday. Hated to let those fin clipped beauties go...

Very nice fish. I'd consider you lucky. I'd rather C n R something like that than not catch at all.
Sweet fish.

Same thing for me off the west side of Whidbey. Two kings, with the larger about 20#. Neither were clipped, though.

I'm hoping those fish are headed to south Hood Canal where I can catch and keep later this week!

Pinks are showing now off of Whidbey. Still no silvers. Probably won't see much until September the way this year is going.
