Doc: The simple fact is that most men are fascinated by breasts American men apparently more so than our European counterparts. Perhaps because Americans are such prudes and make such a big deal out of mammary glands. Whereas in Europe bare breast are no big deal.

Your girls need to know how obsessed we men are with those great gobs of fat. After all as your girls mature they will very likely have boobs and they will be better served if they understand men’s fascination with boobies. I doubt they will harmed by viewing abnormally large bosoms that are covered with tiny bits of cloth. But they will gain a small insight into the psych of men.

P.S.I recently read that our fascination with boobs had a deep evolutionary basis. Some scientists say that Neanderthal man was attracted to women with the largest breast as breast as essentially fat. Women with big breast were fat and healthy, thus the best breeding stock. See, nothing could be more natural.

This is a real tempest in a teapot. I went to my profile and clicked on "Hide Others Avatars". It worked and took less than 20 seconds. It's like so many censorship issues. if you dont want to see it don't look!

Now I need to go back and turn the avatars back on.

I have been busted by my wife, looking at Sol and Mingos boobs. I just tell her they are pictures of their wives, and used as a status symbol on this site:D . She has hid or destroyed every swimsuit photo we have of her.

Pro boob Republican here.

This is not about censorship..but moreso about a certain level of class and respect for others.

I would not disrespect my wife by sticking a pic of some well endowed broads boobs up as an avatar. A beautiful woman is an awesome thing, and "beautiful" has a lot more to do with WHO she is than what kind of carcass she is attached to.

Censorship sucks..but that is not an excuse to go overboard when a bit of lattitude is allowed by moderators, owners,. etc. Censorship happens when, by the actions of a few who go to far, the moderators are FORCED into censoring stuff.

If a poster decides.."Yeah, I could show some CLASS and RESPECT for other people and keep things in perspective.." Well, that ain't censorship..it's called respect for other people.

Thanks for stepping up and posting this Doc. I tend to agree with you and ISO on this topic. I really enjoy the heated discussions about fishing related topics and politics, but the forum has taken such a step in the "erotic" direction that I am no longer comfortable reading it at work, even with the avatars turned off.
