Went down to silver around 5 or so. fished it for about two hours or so nothing so a couple jump and surfacing on the water. Also so a big bass coming back and fourth from underneath the doc. Any tips for catching those?

Get a bass jig or some soft plastics and jig it down there...

You can't really use much else since you're probably looking straight down at the fish...
Try and bob some stuff around down there and see if that big lurker pops out for the snack...
