trying to get the last little bit of use out of my license before it is time to buy a new one, so i headed out to the beach to fish the first hour of the incoming tide. Got there at slack and there was some bait dimpling and a few resident cohos jumping out in deeper water. Once the tide started to move, some bait got pushed down the beach and the cutthroats started to feed. I quickly caught about 5 and missed a couple more strikes. nothing as big as the one yesterday but pretty fish all the same.
Fished for 1 hour, landed five fish and came home. nice little morning. \:\)

they range from 12- 17 inches. depends on the pod what range you get into on a given day. Down south the other day they were all 16-17 inches. Then yesterday they were 12-14 inches.

I hope to have my laptop back when i get home from Florida on wednesday. Then i'll be able to put up pics from the flats as well as the pics from up here.
